Forensic Alphabet #2

This week My First Forensic Alphabet looks at the letters E-H.

E is for ENTOMOLOGY

A dead body may have bugs and larvae inside,
And their species and age help show where and when someone died.

F is for FINGERPRINTS

Each finger is patterned with loops, arches and whorls,
In a unique combination for all boys and girls.

G is for GAS

The inhalation of natural gas can make you quite sick,
It’s lucky for cow that this oven’s electric.

H is for HYPOSTASIS

In the hours after death hypostasis begins,
As the blood sinks downwards and discolours the skin.

Dom was indeed involved in the photgraphy although in a less constructive manner this time. The Tiger puppet took his fingerprints but alas he wriggled too much for the photo to work out. He also ran off with the large cow and threw it down on the ground. I like to think he was intending to put it in the recovery position but it resembled more of a wrestling manoeuvre. :-)
